Our students from Years 4-6 are involved in a camping program.
Year 4: Capricorn Caves
This excursion aligns with the Yr 4 Science. Students explore natural processes and human activity that cause weathering and erosion of Earth's surface. Students relate this to their local area, make observations, and predict consequences of future occurrences and human activity. It also aligns with their English unit through persuasive writing. Students will experience the challenges of adventure caving and to gather knowledge of rocks and minerals, land formations, and fossils.

This camp focuses on the Local Area.
Year 5: Konomie Island Environmental Education Centre
This camp focuses on the marine environment, energy, conservation and sustainable practices.

Year 6: Boyne Island Environmental Education Centre
The camp gives students opportunities to recognise emotions, become confident and
resilient, appreciate diverse perspectives, work collaboratively and develop reflective practices.
